
Why a Doula?
All types of mothers can benefit from doulas, whether it is their first birth or tenth birth. Although there is a standard process of pregnancy and birth, each pregnancy and birth is unique.
Insurance companies are taking note of the proven benefits of doula-assisted births. As a result, some providers have started to reimburse for doula care.
